Suzanne Bruhn is a self-taught artist and environmentalist with formal education in biology and chemistry. She has sewn clothing since her mother taught her when she was a child and she loves to draw, paint, quilt, and make holiday ornaments. Color, texture, nature, and use of recycled materials are common elements in her work. Currently, she uses recycled felted wool, cashmere, and angora sweaters to create unique and funky wearable works of art. Styles include ponchos, sweater coats, hoodies, scarves, headband hats, and arm warmers.
